INTRODUCTION
Olav has 24 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held almost all positions in a construction organization from survey engineer and supervisor to project manager. He has worked on major projects related to road, rail, industry, mining and onshore oil and gas projects throughout Norway. Olav has been involved in and eventually led tender processes over a period of over 20 years. Olav was also for a period HSE manager for the construction division of one of Norway’s largest contractors as well as cheif advisor for mass relocation and groundwork in the same company and now finally leads the market and offer in another major contractor company.
